Shipping policy

At Aupolei, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and fast, reliable shipping. Below, you will find information about our shipping rates, delivery times and other important details related to the shipping process. 

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping on all orders for USA only.  Aupolei use USPS as the main carrier and all products ship out from our Hawaii studio.  

Delivery Time:

All orders will be ship out standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is  5 - 10 business days.  Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.  

 

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within  3 - 5 business days as all of our jewelries are handmade. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Tracking information:

Once your order has shipped, you will received a tracking number via email.  You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our website or through the carriers website.  

 

Return and Exchanges:

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.  Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
